Privacy Policy

Last updated September 4, 2026 · Applies to this book-a-call page and the pages linked from it · New Growth Media, Calgary, Alberta, Canada

This policy covers this booking page specifically. Our main website has its own privacy policy; where the two differ for this page, this one applies.

1. Who we are

New Growth Media (“we”, “us”) is a marketing agency based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. We build and run Google Ads, landing pages and tracking for private therapy and psychology practices. This page exists so practice owners can book a free call with us.

2. What this page collects

Information you give us when you book

The scheduler on this page is provided by iClosed. When you book, you enter your name and email, and the booking form may ask for details such as your practice website, what you are currently doing to attract clients, your goals and budget, and a mobile number if you want text reminders. That information is stored by iClosed and shared with us so we can hold and prepare for the call.

Information collected automatically

What we do not collect

We do not ask for health information about you or the people you treat. Please do not include client information in the booking form or in messages to us. No payment information is collected on this page.

3. How we use it

4. Cookies, pixels and tracking

Meta Pixel and Conversions API

We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) on this page to measure advertising performance: it records a page view when you arrive and a “Schedule” event when a call is booked. We may send the same events to Meta from our server (the Conversions API) so the measurement is accurate. Meta may use this information in accordance with its own privacy policy, including to build advertising audiences. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook and Instagram Ad Preferences.

iClosed

The booking scheduler sets and reads cookies so that campaign information and Meta’s browser identifiers (_fbp, _fbc) travel with your booking. iClosed’s handling of your information is governed by its own privacy policy.

Google Fonts

This page loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When the page loads, your browser requests those files from Google, which means Google receives your IP address.

Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies does not stop the page working, but some tracking described above will no longer function.

We do not currently use any other analytics tool on this page. If we add one, we will describe it here.

5. Text messages

If you give us a mobile number and opt in, you will receive confirmations and reminders about your call by text. Consent to texts is not a condition of booking. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Texts about your appointment may continue to be sent as part of the scheduling service until you opt out.

6. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that process it on our behalf, and only for the purposes above:

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, in connection with a sale or merger of our business, or with your consent. We do not sell personal information.

7. Where your information is stored

We operate from Canada. Some of the providers listed above store and process information in the United States and other countries, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law. By booking a call you consent to your information being transferred and processed in those locations.

8. How long we keep it

We keep booking and call information for as long as we have an ongoing relationship with you and for two years afterwards for business records, unless a longer period is required by law. If you have consented to marketing email, we keep your contact details until you unsubscribe. Automatically collected data and advertising measurements are kept according to the retention settings of the providers in section 6.

9. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Contact us using the details in section 1 and we will respond within 30 days.

Our handling of personal information is subject to Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta.

If you live outside Canada, local privacy laws may give you additional rights. We will honour any request we are able to, regardless of where you live.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, and we choose providers that do the same. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

This page is for practice owners and staff. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
